Why Is My AC Running but Not Cooling?
A system can run without cooling because of an incorrect thermostat setting, restricted airflow, a dirty filter, frozen components, or a mechanical or refrigerant problem. A few observations can help describe the issue, but they cannot replace an on-site diagnosis.
